This couch is three years old and in excellent condition. We don't have pets and no one smokes. It's also been in a supplementary room that isn't used a lot. We're renovating our kitchen and the supplementary room is now going to be the living room - and we need to get rid of some things in advance of the renovation.

This exact couch is currently for sale new for $3,711. This couch is almost like new for less than half of that. It includes the queen mattress inside the sleeper couch, which I believe has been slept on one time!
