This is a large sofa, and would be in our basement if it fit down the stairs, so please note the measurements:
Length 89” at widest point
Depth 38”
Height 27 1/2”
with Sofa bed opened - Depth = 93”
Mattress is 72” x 64” and 4” deep, has some weight as it is springs not foam. The overall unit is fairly heavy due to mattress and sturdy sleeper frame, but of course moves easier with the mattress out and cushions off. We can stage this inside our garage for easy access, but you’d want a couple strong people and a large vehicle to move.
