I am trying to decide whether to move this piece to my new place (where space is at a premium), take it back to IKEA (they will buy it back for $182, not including the TV mount) ... or maybe just sell it so I don't have to deal with moving it at all?!

It's in great shape overall with no scatches or dents of note. It has three adjustable/removable shelves and a large, felt-lined drawer, all with hidden cable routing/management. The TV mount swivels side-to-side and can be removed for transport and adjusted in height. There is an elevator in the building, so moving it won't be too difficult (but it's obviously a two-person job).
