Custom made contractors plan table. I got it from a company that I worked for. It was brand new and had a receipt in the drawer for $5,500 for it's purchase. The person that had it made quit right after it was delivered and it was literally never used. It's all melamine. The top is 44" x 8' made with 2 layers of 3/4" melamine - very heavy. The top tilts on an 8' piano hinge and has a lip for plans. The drawer is 3/4" Baltic birch. It has cubbies for 6 full size sets drawings. There is a shelf on the other side for specification books. You will be impressed with it's very high quality construction.
