No tears, No stains, recently steam cleaned and now they look new! Note, the pictures imply there are stains/discolorations on the fabric...but it's simply that part of the suede was brushed a different direction than the rest of the chair...I'll retake the fotos to show the consistent/unblemished material.
Pick-up: these chairs are currently located at my home in Fraser, which is near Winter Park. If picking up in a scenic mountain town is not convenient for you, I think I can fit it in my small SUV and could meet you at a mutually-convenient spot in the Front Range.
