I purchased this modern/contemporary sofa when I first moved to Ft. Collins almost 3 years ago. I have more than one couch and I keep this one covered. It has never had anything spilled on it and is in pristine condition as it is only used when I have company. I am pairing down everything as I have moved in with my son and need to find this nice couch a home. It is a really nice natural fiber of light beige.
I paid approximately $700.00 for it new. The depth of the couch itself is about 40 and the chaise end is about 62.
