This large table is in fair condition and would be a great project for someone who is skilled at rennovating/refurbishing furniture. As you can see from the picture, the original square section without the leaves inserted was inadvertently finished a different color of stain than the leaves (this was approximately 50 years ago). There is also some wear on the surface of the table which can be seen in the last photo.
I've been asked before what type of wood the table is and I'm not sure. It has been in my family for roughly 75 years.
With all leaves inserted, the table is 43"W x 29"H x 92"L. With the leaves removed, it is 43W" x 29H' x 43"L.
The wood piece seen under the table holds the leaves and needs a board replaced, though this wasn't part of the original table set.
