Stunning glazed Cherub antique hand thrown majolica pottery vase or urn with lid, brass base. Unable to discern any markings on the pottery. Probably French or Italian. At some point it was "married" to an antique base from an apothecary jar manufactured by Dorin Selles circa 1890.

Approximately 23" tall by 10" wide.
