Price is for the entire set and is brand new. This is a totally unique set that i had only built one of currently. I can also build the table in different dimensions if interested. The top is made from the highest grade Baltic Birch and finished with a hard wax oil (rubio monocoat if you are curious). Baltic Birch is much better quality than the plywood that is thinly veneered you will find on almost every table at the typical furniture stores. Even most “higher end” furniture stores are using much lower grade materials than this set is built with. Also, this entire set is going to cost much less than you will likely encounter at furniture stores.
