Bed head and legs raise and lower. One year old plush mattress a 4 on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being most firm. Mattress was bought for $1000. Available for pickup around July 26th. Bed is at a nursing home and being replaced. Comes with waterproof mattress cover and two sets of sheets. Serious buyers only due to the limited access to the nursing home.
