This ice maker does not work correctly. It is made by LG and came out of a Kenmore refrigerator/freezer. It works fine for a few days then stops and makes a clicking noise. If you remove it from the fridge and thaw it out, it will work again for a few more days. A new one sells for $446.95 on the manufacturer's website. If you are looking for a new one, do yourself a favor and buy one of the cheaper ones with less features for 1/3 the price. That's what I did. If you are good at fixing things you could probably make some money repairing this one. Or if you don't use much ice and don't mind resetting it - you can get this one.
