TYM T574 Tractor with 3rd function. Tractor was purchased new from the dealer by me last year. Has 150 hours on it. Nothing wrong with it in any way. Used it to clear trees and brush on our property. I Have 6 attachments with it. Everything was purchased new by me within the last year. All works as new.
6’ bucket
6’ Iron Craft pto brush mower
6’ Homestead Pinnacle series root grapple
6’ Iron Craft box blade
6’ Woodmax SB72 pto snowblower (used twice)
Woodland Mills WC88 pto wood chipper (~10 hours on it)

I also have a Buck Dandy 15k# bumper pull trailer if wanted/needed.

Everything new is a little over 61k without delivery. (Not including trailer)

$51,000 for tractor and all implements
$56,000 with trailer.
