I purchased it to help with some herniated discs and back pain. Used routinely a few months until better and no longer using.
If you have back pain, a bad back or just high stress, this may fit the bill and provide relief.
When I was looking and trying them out, the Teeter brand had great reviews and were more comfortable for holding your feet and fitting your back than others I tried.
One of the best priced online for the condition. First person to come by will likely take it home.
In great shape other than a bit of dust I may have missed.
Easy to move to slightly reclined, partially upside down, or completely free hanging upside down.
Comes apart quick and easy for transport.
Some have a lumbar support and others do not. This one does not, but I didn't notice a difference when trying them. If you are not hanging with it, you could also use a softer rolled towel or pillow in the lumbar area as an option instead for more comfort.
