This guy is super cute and fun for the little ones. The batteries were bad and taken out and the on off switch broke as well. Now the kids can just use it without that noise. Possibly annoying noise for some people. Your kid won’t even know. If you choose to work with a new battery box it’s located just under the chin. So it’s as is. Check around for pricing on these. Not cheap. Price is firm. Located in Lakewood. I meet at the Circle K at 9207 West Jewell Ave. NW corner with Garrison. I would say 1-3 year old depending on kids size. Obviously.
