My wife and I started this project five years ago, and it's 90% finished. We've come to realize that this will not fit our family anymore. The kiddos are too big now. We gutted the whole inside. New wood framing, subfloor, wood flooring, insulation, and interior walls. The cabinets are store bought, but the dinette, be, and cabinet above the dinette are all hand-made. Counter tops and dinette table are 1.5 inch butcher block. New paint job and rubber paint on roof. New exterior aluminum trim. Finishing all the shore power wiring and the plumbing for the sink and stove. Tows great. We have used it one time. Pictures at the end are what it looked like before we started and gutted.
Update: finished almost all of the electrical and plumbing and sink are final install.
