Trustworthy Weeding, Yard Work, Organizing & Misc. Help -- $35/hr (Denver)

My name is Larry and I'd love to offer you some support this summer if you need it. I know it's hard to find someone you can trust and who is reliable, and that you also may not know exactly all you need done in this moment, but you do know you just need a hand and some help.
At the moment: I'm currently really looking for a handful of clients within the Denver Metro area, close to I25/I70 junction to establish a good relationship with and that I can work with continually over the year for yard, house, misc stuff. That being said, if you do have one off weeding/ yard work stuff I can also work that in no problem generally.
I have most of my own tools my own transportation, and also can find other helpers if you need more labor for a project and such, depending on what it is. Have references available upon request if needed. Sober. Flexible.
What I Can Help With:
Yard Maintenance - Weeding, leaf removal, mulching, gardening, garden cleanup
Landscaping Help - Planting, mulching, basic hardscaping, small/ med tree trimming
Moving & Cleaning- Minor repairs, packing, furniture moving, household cleanup projects
General Labor - Home projects, organization, seasonal cleanup, garages
Yardwork Rate/ Details:
Have a 3-hour minimum on jobs if I come out ($105). Basic yard work (mulch, trimming, planting, weed, raking, mowing, stuff like that) is $35/hr. Sorry but I will not do yard work gigs for a flat fee, just 3-hour minimum or my hourly rate.
*Please note* I cannot haul away any debris. I can get yard bags for you ($5 for 5 pack) if you need on my way to you or if you have a compost/ trash bin you want me to use thats great. If you live over a half hour away from me just need to charge a $10 gas fee.
Garages/ Organizing Rates:
I do a flat rate for organizing projects/ garages somewhere between $300-$500 most of the time. If smaller project obviously will quote less, but these projects are usually much more extensive than what most people think so this rate reflects that.
My wife is a professional organizer so if you have an estate or are getting ready to sell a house please reach out. We'd love to help you downsize and get rid of stuff. Can help you sell on marketplace, get organized and prepared. I have a lot of experience as a mover too if you need help day of.
