Job Responsibilities
✔️ Master various cooking techniques, including stir-frying, deep-frying, steaming, braising, and roasting
✔️ Prepare classic American Chinese dishes, such as General Tso’s Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Fried Rice, and Chow Mein
✔️ Manage kitchen ingredients, control food costs, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards
✔️ Assist in menu development, continuously improving and innovating dishes
✔️ Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance efficiency and maintain high food quality
🎯 Requirements
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chinese cuisine chef, specializing in American Chinese dishes
🔹 Proficiency in high-heat wok cooking and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
🔹 Strong understanding of Chinese sauces and seasonings, such as oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, orange glaze, and spicy seasoning
🔹 Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to food safety and kitchen hygiene regulations
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and contribute as a team player
