Doug's Diner in Thornton is looking for an experienced Prep/Line Cook. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Ability to work Friday and Saturday night until 8:30 pm are a plus. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Set up workstations
Cook dishes to business standards
Follow health and safety guidelines
Prepare ingredients for use during shift
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a cook
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
