Epicurean Catering, Colorado's Premier catering company is seeking multiple positions at Cook III (Professional) to join the culinary team at our production kitchen. The production kitchen produces all the food for the Offsite Catering events. With each event having its own unique menu, and with well over 1000+ events in the past year, this is a demanding yet rewarding position, with each day being different than the last.

Specific Job Duties: Cook III (Professional)
• Fabrication of center of the plate items, communicating with kitchen supervisor on details
• Heavy production roasting, braising, blanching, grilling and searing of food item.
• Heavy production of sauces
• Demonstrate detailed knife skills and volume cutting
• Cleaning and organizing protein cooler and main freezer daily and weekly
• Maintaining monthly freezer inventories
• Supporting off-premise events
• Clean, organizes, maintains walk-in-in coolers, freezers
