Compensation
Hourly: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Salary Option Available: $4,500–$5,500 per month
Full-time schedule: 5 days per week, approximately 40 hours
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and portion fish, vegetables, sauces, sushi rolls, sashimi, and other menu items according to established standards.
Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality in all dishes.
Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook preferred.
Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and knife skills.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during busy service periods.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Flexible scheduling may be available.
Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
