We are seeking Line Cook for an Italian restaurant/trattoria (pasta dishes, pizza) and other cuisine creativity (beef dishes, some seafood dishes, etc for new menu items, specials, and holiday promotions).
Firstly - we are looking for someone with solid skills, eager to learn, eager to teach, eager to bring new things to the table, good work ethic, and GREAT attitude.
Secondly - someone who is interested in being with us for a while and building a strong culture together for the community.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Food management and kitchen organization
• Work closely with management
This job will be 35 - 40 hours per week, Tuesday thru Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
