We are a full-production winery, restaurant and event venue in Denver's RiNo Arts District producing wine from California, Oregon and Colorado. We make and sell our own wine label, but also offer beer and cocktails.
The tasting room menu revolves around it's ability to pair with the wines we produce as well as seasonal menu changes and Sunday Brunch.
We also serve as a banquet kitchen for the events we host almost daily. A keen ability to multitask, 'roll with the punches', and a desire to learn. We will be adding another location soon so there is lots of room to grow with the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Food preparation and portioning prior to service Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment Dishwashing & kitchen cleaning Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time
PREFERENCES: Culinary Arts Education Catering/ Banquet experience ServSafe Certified Appreciation of wine / wine and food pairing
