We take our food seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, and we need a kitchen leader who's wired the same way.
What You'll Bring:
3+ years running a kitchen (diner, short-order, or scratch-cooking background a plus)
A genuine love of comfort food, consistently done right
Cool head, loud voice, and zero drama
Ability to train, mentor, and lead a small crew with firmness and heart
Experience ordering and sourcing provisions — you know good ingredients and how to get them at the best price
A spotless kitchen isn't an inspection-pending thing for you — it's every day
Confident scheduling staff to match the ebb and flow of a busy diner
ServSafe certified or similar credentials
