Apple Blossom from the award-winning team of beast + bottle and Coperta is looking to hire BOH and FOH Staff Members.
Apple Blossom is a brand-new restaurant opening at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Downtown Denver. Apple Blossom will focus on Seasonal American Cuisine from around the country. We are sourcing superstars, and our menu celebrates the best food! Work alongside award winning chef, Paul C Reilly, recipient of many both local and national awards for his passion to the good food movement

At our company we believe in a fair wage for our whole team. Therefore, we add an automatic service charge to every guest check. Part of the Service Charge is allocated to the BOH and part to the FOH. The Service Charge is then divided by hour per shift. Tips are accepted in addition to the Service Charge an allocated to the team

Apple Blossom will be opening in late October.

BOH STAFF: (scroll down for FOH details)
We are looking for Line Cooks (AM and PM shifts), Prep Cooks (AM Only), and Pastry Cooks (AM Only)-Full Time and Part Time Opportunities

Benefits/Compensation:

-$17 per hour

-Portion of daily service charge

-Accrued Paid Time Off (48 hours per year)

-Health Benefits after 90 days

-Weekly Paychecks

-Shift meals

-Discounts at other concepts

Applicants Must:

-be able to handle high volume service

-have a positive attitude

-a desire to work with local sourced products and pasta

-proficient knife skills

-ability to stand for 8 hours

-ability to lift 50+ lbs

-desire to open a new project

-ability to communicate in prominent language of restaurant

++Masks are Required if Not fully vaccinated++

We are looking for Servers (AM and PM), Bartenders, Food runners, Bussers, Hosts, Lounge Servers, Baristas (AM). FULL TIME AND PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE.

-$15 per hour (plus service charge)

-Portion of daily service charge

-Accrued Paid Time Off (48 hours per year)

++Masks are required for unvaccinated staff members++

Experience Needed:
Servers & Bartenders MUST HAVE Previous Experience, at least 2 years in Fine Dining

Foodrunners and Backwaits, NO EXPERIENCE Needed

Baristas & Hosts-previous experience is a PLUS

++ALL Applicants Must++

-willingness to participate in team service, we pool the service charge.

-must be able to to stand for 8+ hours, must be able to lift 50lbs

-proficient in computer skills

-ability to give high quality guest experience
