Job Title: Bartender – Soda Club Denver
Company: Soda Club
Location: Denver, CO | RiNo District | The Ramble Hotel
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive compensation
About Soda Club
Soda Club is a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded natural wine and fresh pasta bar expanding to Denver this summer, with an anticipated opening date of August 15th inside The Ramble Hotel in the RiNo District.
Originally opened in New York City, Soda Club has built a reputation for fresh handmade pasta, an exciting natural wine program, thoughtful cocktails, and warm, energetic service. Our Denver opening is an important next step in the growth of the concept, and we are building a team of hospitality professionals who are excited to help shape the restaurant from day one.
Our beverage program centers on natural wine, low-intervention producers, thoughtful non-alcoholic options, and a cocktail program designed around precision, consistency, and creativity. The cocktail program is predominantly tap-based, allowing us to explore how far a prepared cocktail format can go through controlled specs, batching, aging, carbonation, texture, temperature, and speed of service. This is not a shortcut; it is a deliberate approach to making cocktails more consistent, expressive, and service-ready.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a bartender who is warm, professional, curious, and fully engaged in the guest experience. At Soda Club, bartenders are not separate from service. They are part of the full dining room rhythm: welcoming guests, guiding beverage choices, supporting pacing, understanding food, and helping create the overall feeling of the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of professional bartending experienceStrong cocktail knowledge, with interest in prepared, batched, aged, and tap cocktail formatsA genuine interest in natural wine, food pairings, non-alcoholic beverages, and hospitalityThe ability to contribute creatively to seasonal cocktail development while maintaining disciplined specs and systemsExcellent service etiquette and an understanding of proper steps of serviceStrong organization, attention to detail, planning, and time management skillsClear communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced opening environmentA warm, generous presence with guests and teammatesThe ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsFull availability for nights and weekendsThree professional referencesFine dining, wine service, hotel restaurant, or high-volume craft cocktail experience is a plus, but the most important qualities are professionalism, curiosity, consistency, and a genuine love of hospitality.
