Freshcraft is looking for a new executive chef. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high volume scratch kitchen. Experience cooking and pairing with craft beer is a requirment.
-Hiring, Training, and coaching a BOH team of 20 employees
-Controlling food cost through ordering, budgeting, and monitoring inventory
-Designing a creative and well executed menu.
-Create both weekly and daily features that utilize product as well as highlight beer pairings
-Write a weekly schedule for BOH staff that manages labor goals
