Ambli DTC is looking for solid Bartender that can serve as the Bar Lead; understanding and delivering craft cocktails, executing a dynamic Menu and taking the Guest Experience to the next level. The Bar Lead will be expected to deliver consistent cocktails, oversee prep, batching, cleaning and assist with inventory management.

We are looking to hire immediately! This is a full-time position, 5 days Tues - Sat for 35 hours per week (Ambli DTC is closed on Sundays & Mondays). Qualified candidates will need to stage 2 days (paid at minimum wage) and go through a minimum of 2 weeks of paid training/development. Ambli does tip pool, we are located in Denver and the pay is extremely competitive.

• 2+ years High Volume Bartending
• Appreciation of the Dining experience (ie. Eating out to see what other restaurants are doing and getting ideas for your own personal growth)
• Current resident of Colorado
• Solid base knowledge of wine, spirits, and food
• Experience with Spirits inventory management
• Ability to work as a cohesive team
• Only 1 Industry Job
• Ability to follow the Rules and Guidelines of the Restaurant
• Tips Certified preferred
• Quick learner and ability to adapt as our menus are constantly changing
