We are looking for an experienced Artisan Bread Baker to join our team. Applicant should have experience on how to mix Ciabatta, sourdoughs, baguettes and loafs of breads.
Duties and responsibilities.
Work independently in all aspects of handmade bread production.
Meet demands for multiple Farmer markets locations
Follow Health department standards, guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications.
3 years of experience as a commercial Artisan Baker
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Highly motivated, passionate and professional.
