Requirements Prep Cook:
• Operate basic kitchen equipment (mixers, slices, food processors)
• Portion and package prepared foods for storage or service
• Clean, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)
• Pay range: $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
Requirements FOH:
• Operational requirements (staff roles, speed, service, steps)
• Equipment requirement (POS, headsets, order confirmation screens)
• Clean, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)
• Pay range: $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience and skills
Requirements Line Cook:
• Solid experience preparing traditional Mexican dishes (tacos, salsas, birria, enchiladas, etc.)
• Knowledge of flavor balance, seasoning, and proper cooking techniques
• Clean, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a professional attitude
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)
• Pay range: $17–$21 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
