💡 What You’ll Do (No Experience in Roofing Needed)
Start by learning sales — don’t worry, we train you!
Learn to generate leads, build trust with homeowners, and explain how insurance restoration works.
With mentorship, graduate to running pre-qualified company leads and earning higher commissions.
Once you’ve mastered the sales process, move up to project management where you can earn even more and lead installs from start to finish.
