Position: Kitchen Manager
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who can lead our culinary operations with consistency, efficiency, and passion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, understands kitchen systems, and leads by example.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily back-of-house operations including prep, line, and closing
Ensure recipe and portion consistency across all menu items
Supervise and train kitchen staff on culinary techniques, cleanliness, and safety standards
Oversee inventory, ordering, and product rotation
Collaborate with Chef Enrique and leadership team on menu execution and specials
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen at all times
Help drive kitchen culture through mentorship, teamwork, and accountability
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years kitchen leadership experience (Chef de Partie, Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or KM role preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and a positive, professional attitude
Must be available weekends and evenings
Food safety certification preferred
