We’re seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support a small fundraising event on Thursday, May 28, 2026, in Lakewood, Colorado.
Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Compensation:$300 flat fee , paid via PayPal or Venmo at the end of the event.
Additional: Dinner & Parking provided
Responsibilities:
-- Assist with light set up and break down
-- Check-in attendees
-- Oversee event flow and guest experience
-- Assist event producer
-- Ensure smooth operations throughout the evening
Requirements:
-- Must wear black suit/dress, shoes. Hair/makeup must be camera-ready, no visible tattoos
-- Must be able to work quickly, poised, professional, and lift a least 10lbs
-- Must bring your own equipment (laptop & mouse, phone, charger & extension cord)
-- Must be an excellent communicator
3+ years event coordination experience preferred
