Overview
We are seeking an Organizion Design/Development Practitioner to join our Downstream Organizion Development Division.
Downstream Organizion Development (DOD) is responsible for providing organizion design and jobs consulting, develop assessments for organizion restructures across all Downstream organizions and its affilies by applying organizion design frameworks and principles in alignment with corpore. DOD also conducts workforce planning for Downstream by applying workforce modeling methodologies. Workforce planning activities covers the full spectrum of demand and supply planning for Downstream’s workforce. DOD carries out continuous improvement projects across the Downstream business and is expected to perform change management when required for major changes in the business.
Your primary role is to be an organizion design practitioner and an organizion development advisor to Downstream and DOD management and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the successful candide you will be required to perform the following:
- Manages and conducts all activities to successfully complete project assignments; defining parameters, objectives & work scopes; study techniques, plans & schedules; da collection, interpretion of findings; final recommendions, selling, implemention & post project review as necessary.
- Collabore with the business to analyze major organizion challenges and provide recommendions on interventions to enhance business effectiveness.
- Work as a fully independent individual contributor in solving business challenges reled to organizion development disciplines.
- Functions as a team leader when required, providing work direction to less experienced employees as needed.
- Participes in developing more junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candide you will hold:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Engineering from a recognized and approved program. Masters or MBA is preferred.
- 15 years’ experience in organizion development, management consulting, opering model design, workforce analytics, with strong knowledge of downstream value chains i.e. refining, pipelines, terminals, distribution, petrochemicals and power distribution including least 10 years providing consulting services to downstream business.
- Full MS. Office, business intelligence tools proficiency is required.
- Mobile and flexible to travel to meet and engage with clients.
- Prior experience in GCC region is preferred.
