This 1970s silver faced beauty has been taken apart, cleaned, all belts replaced. All electrolytic capacitors replaced with Japanese nichicon audio grade and elna symic II capacitors. Smaller capacitance up to 1uF with non electrolytic film capacitors. Oiled, dialed in to perfection. Both recording and playback sounds absolutely fantastic. Will demo. It has been build by Tascam for Project/one boutique brand. I’m retired electronic engineer on a mission to save great electronics of the past for future generations to enjoy.
