The Sony CAV-CVS12ES 12x12 HD Component Video Matrix Switch is a high-quality device designed to manage multiple video sources with its 12x12 matrix capabilities. This switch allows for versatile connectivity options. Featuring (8) component I/O's and (4) assignable Video I/O's as well as (12) RJ45 outputs. This Sony model is specifically designed for home video systems. The CAV-CVS12ES provides reliable performance and advanced functionality for enhancing your TV, video experience. Unit is in excellent condition with a couple cosmetic scratches. Comes with electrical cord and mounting ears for rack installation.

NOTE: The use of the RJ45 outputs require the use of a MuxLab Active Component Video Balun (CAV-CVB1) for each output utilized. The CAV-CVB1 is connected via Cat5e/6 cable to the RJ45 output of the CAV-CVS12ES (this unit) and the Component Video RCA inputs of the respective monitor/TV. This is great for TV's/monitors that are located long distances (300 feet max) from the video switch. I have several of the Baluns for sale under a separate listing.
