This Outlaw RR1250 reciever is a great reciever and has been a part of my personal collection for several years.
Recently, when I turned the reciever on, the signal coming out of the left channels for both the A speakers and B speakers was relatively weak. The signal for the right side of the speakers is much stronger. I am unsure what is causing this issue, but it could be as simple as cleaning the contact or it could be an entirely different issue requiring a repair.
I do not have a remote for this reciever.
There is a pair of removable straps that allow for the amp or preamp sections of the reciever to be used without utilizing the reciever itself.
The rear panel of the reciever has a USB jack, phono input, video input, CD input, tape input/output loops, and external processor input/output loops. There are also AM and FM antenna inputs and a 12V trigger to turn other gear on and off. An auxiliary 3.5mm input jack is also available on the front of the system.
The phono input offers MC/MM cartridge selection (both offering 47k ohms loading only), as well as a ground.
Outlaw claims a frequency response of 20Hz–20kHz with less than 0.08% total distortion and both channels driven at 100W into 8 ohms or at 160W into 4 ohms.
This is a very capable and great sounding reciever. While it is sold as-is with the signal on the left channels, with a little bit of attention (cleaning or repair), this could be a fabulous contribution to your home audio or home theater system. I have not tested to see if the issue persists when trying to bypass the reciever to use it as an amplifier. Please contact me with any questions that you may have.
