+Using a “Smart Connector” (see contact points in 3rd picture) it attaches to compatible iPads, transferring both data and power between the iPad and Smart Keyboard.
+NO BATTERIES OR CHARGING REQUIRED since it draws its power from the iPad.
+Just attach the keyboard and start typing. When you remove it, the onscreen keyboard automatically reappears.
+It’s not clear which iPads it’s compatible with, but if your iPad has contact points that match those in the 3rd picture, chances are this will work. Bring your iPad to check it out.
+The width of the keyboard is approximately 9-1/3 inches. However, it may be able to support a wider iPad.
