This is the Blue Sea m-LVD Low Voltage Disconnect (model 7635), and it is basically a bouncer for your battery. When your battery voltage drops too low, it automatically cuts power to non-essential devices so you still have enough juice left to actually start your rig. Think of it as a responsible adult watching over your electrical system while you're busy having fun.
If you're deep into a van build, camper van conversion, skoolie build, or DIY RV project, this is the kind of battery protection component that separates a solid electrical system from one that leaves you stranded. It's also a perfect fit for marine and boat battery setups where a dead battery isn't just inconvenient, it's a safety issue.

The battery disconnect voltage is fully adjustable between 11.3V and 12.1V, so you decide where the line is. Factory default is 12.1V if you just want to plug and play. Works great as an automatic battery cutoff for solar setups, off-grid power systems, and overlanding rigs where battery management actually matters.
It gives you a 5-minute warning before it alarms, then another 5 minutes of alarming before it actually disconnects. That's a full 10 minutes to notice what's happening and do something about it. Plenty of grace. No surprises.
There's also a 10-minute manual override if you need to temporarily delay the load disconnect.
Once your charging source kicks back in, whether that's your alternator, shore power, or solar, it reconnects automatically when voltage climbs back above 13.0V for 2 minutes or 13.5V for 30 seconds. Set it and forget it.
