We are a bi-coastal design firm seeking a skilled draftsman/designer to support ongoing residential and small-scale commercial projects. Our work spans both coasts, with a focus on thoughtful, well-executed design and clear, buildable documentation.
Responsibilities:
Produce detailed drawing sets in AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, details)
Assist in developing design concepts into permit-ready documents
Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.)
Revise drawings based on internal and agency feedback
Support project teams across multiple active jobs
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
Experience with residential design and construction documents
Understanding of building systems and basic code requirements
Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently
Familiarity with SketchUp or other 3D tools is a plus
