Our small lively private school seeks a an EXPERIENCED FEMALE educator to teach 4th grade girls all general studies subjects. Start date, Jan. 12, 2026.
We will consider only those candidates who have successful documented classroom experience as a lead teacher. Starting pay is based on experience and performance-based bonuses are available for strong learning outcomes.
12:30-3:30 Monday-Friday
In the winter Friday is a shorter day!

Our perfect candidate might be a retired person with solid, successful experience as a lead teacher, a parent with children at home who seeks meaningful part time work. Perhaps you are an entrepreneur, author, athlete or artist working on a passion project and prefer lots of flexible time. Someone who can be a strong role model for our girls. Must have documented experience in the classroom,
A degree is not necessary but preferred. We are seeking candidates who are able to set healthy classroom boundaries and can provide an inspiring, rigorous, engaging and respectful classroom environment. Please bring successful experience with children, a passion for your content, and a desire to make a difference!
Our non-traditional calendar provides time off to regroup and refresh!
approx. 80 instructional days.
Salary $27,000 - $30,000 for .5 position, prorated for a mid year start
