• Amount of Time: Will be approximately 3 hours
• Location: Westminster CO
• Procedure is outpatient — You will not be expected to stay during the procedure. Be with me to register and they will call you afterward to pick me up
• Drop-off back at home afterward
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Proof of insurance
• Non-smoker preferred
• Must be punctual
