Quality Control Representative Needed – Deer Trail, CO ($300 – 1099 Contractor)
We are seeking a local Quality Control Representative to assist with a 3-day final construction cleaning project at a new convenience store in the Deer Trail, Colorado area.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity (not an employment position).
Responsibilities include:
* Visit the job site before cleaning begins to take photos and document existing conditions.
* Meet with the General Contractor’s Superintendent before work starts.
* Meet our cleaning partners on-site to review the cleaning scope and get the project started.
* Return after the cleaning is complete to perform a final walkthrough with the Superintendent and confirm the project meets expectations.
Important: You do NOT need to remain on-site while the cleaning is being performed. Your role is to get the project started, document progress, and complete the final quality inspection. Each site visit is expected to last approximately 60–90 minutes.
Requirements:
* Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable communicating with contractors and cleaning crews.
* Available during normal business hours over the course of approximately 3 days.
* Reliable transportation and a smartphone for photos and communication.
Pay: $300 for the project.
