In my experience working with MADE CLEAN cleaning company, management showed favoritism toward certain employees and communication was often unprofessional. Schedules changed frequently without notice, and concerns raised by staff were not handled consistently. I would recommend asking detailed questions about management practices before accepting a position. And also make sure you read before you sign anything with the so-called owner of the company. Stepdaughter also works there with absolutely no experience in management, scheduling or cleaning yet she has a management position. Went to a construction site because out of the many things they can’t handle They also add construction cleanings which go between 15,000 to 20,000 yet they don’t even have proper equipment for the clean.The supervisor of the construction site thought he was definitely scammed and that the “owners” were complete idiots and had no clue about cleaning supplies and proper equipment we weren’t equipped with the right equipment to do a proper construction clean of that caliber. There’s much better companies out there to work for than this company. That is nothing but a joke terrible place to work for. They also claimed they have zero tolerance for drama yet they make drama worse because they can’t communicate effectively and things get twisted and misconstrued constantly. I’m surprised this company has been around for so long. Definitely a very unfair place to work for.
