Requirements:
🚗 Reliable car (we reimburse for mileage) + valid driver’s license
🔎 Drug Screen 0 tolerance for drug use of any type: not even "legal" in Colorado items
🔎 Must pass a background check (we go back 7 years)
🧽 Strong work ethic and attention to detail
🧹Independent Contractors higher revenue share % (proof of bond and GL insurance, you will also supply your own cleaning supplies and equipment)
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional weekends as needed
💰 Compensation: Percentage of each job + tips (pay is based on your own performance and quality checks)
