Were hiring dependable Drill Crew Laborers to support horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for fiber/utility installation. Youll assist operators and locators, prep sites, handle materials, and help with restorationwhile working safely and staying productive.

Pay: $20$23/hr
Type: Full-Time

Location: Multiple job sites

What youll do

• Assist drill operator/locator with site setup & teardown

• Load/unload tools, pipe, materials, and equipment

• Hand dig/excavate, backfill, and support potholing/daylighting

• Help with mud mixing/drilling fluids as directed

• Operate small equipment/tools (tampers, saws, vac units, etc.)

• Restore sites: grading, raking, seeding/sodding

• Keep the jobsite clean and equipment organized
