2008 Acura MDX- Trade for Camper/Conversion Van - $1,234 (Parker)

I’m currently living out of my 2008 Acura MDX and looking to trade it for a reliable camper or conversion van- a safe, comfortable space for me and my kitty. Hoping the right person sees this 💫
About My MDX:
Interior photos available upon request. The car is currently occupied and packed since I’m living in it full-time, so it can’t be cleared out until there’s a vehicle to move into.
Drove to and from western Arizona in the last 2 weeks with zero issues, despite the needed repairs listed below.
Current mileage: 167,073 (still driving, may go up slightly)
Needs/Minor Repairs:
•Replace driver-side A/C actuator door
•New windshield
•New tires
•Sway bar links
•Left front CV axle
•Driver-side window switch replacement-can no longer control front passenger window from driver side (added window guards to prevent water dripping in when windows are cracked which is what caused the issue; buttons for the other windows are working fine for now.)
•DRL (Daytime Running Light) system warning-just a single bulb burnt out & needs replaced.
•Airbag light on- likely a passenger-side sensor issue (common; disables all airbags when one fails)
•TPMS system- likely one bad sensor (diagnostics needed for both airbag and TPMS)
•Routine maintenance soon: brake fluid flush, coolant flush, air & oil filters
•Very slow oil leak due to age- minimal, no oil spots visible
Recent Work
•New battery & oil change done in September
•Positive battery terminal replaced last month
Other Details
•Seats included but need reinstalling (they're in a storage unit in Parker along with all the bolts)
•There are some cracks and in the leather seats that could be patched, I never got around to it.
•Comes with 2 key fobs- unlock button broken on both; one has key blade attached “creatively” but works. A new fob is included (just needs key blade swapped)
•Interior is pet- and smoke-friendly
•Paint is sun-faded in some spots
This car is older and needs TLC, but with $1,000–$1,500 in repairs, it could resell for $4,000+ or be a reliable daily driver. Many owners report 300k+ miles, so there’s plenty of life left once the minor issues are handled.

⭐️Trade Goals:
I’m disabled and was illegally evicted recently, so I’ve been living in my vehicle with my emotional support cat for the past 7 weeks. My quality of life and mental health have declined during this time.
I’m looking for a larger, more stable vehicle- ideally a self-contained camper van, but a conversion van will do so I can have a safe place to rest and start rebuilding my life.
Not looking for anything fancy- just reliable, safe, and gives me (and my kitty) a chance to breathe again.
Bonus wishes:
•Tinted windows (privacy & light sensitivity)
•Cruise control (comfort & health reasons)
If a trade is agreed upon, I’ll need a little time to transfer my belongings and kitty into the new vehicle since I’m living in my car full-time. 🙏
