1999 Range Rover P38 – Smooth Running, Clean Title, Great Bones
Selling my well-kept and smooth-running 1999 Range Rover P38 with 174k miles. This 26-year-old classic isn’t fully restored, but it’s far from a total project — it runs, drives, and has plenty of life left for someone who wants to enjoy or improve it.
✅ Passed emissions in May 2024 (next test not required)
✅ Nearly new tires – only ~2,000 miles on them
✅ 2nd owner since 50k miles
✅ Always lived in dry climates (Phoenix, AZ & Littleton, CO) – no rust issues
What it needs:
• Cracked windshield
• Some cracked interior trim/plastic
• Light noise from front axle/hub when decelerating
• Slow oil leak (likely a gasket)
• AC clutch not engaging
• Air suspension valve block bypassed (still uses air springs)
• Front seat stitching separating
• Expected cosmetic wear for its age
This Range Rover starts easily, drives smoothly, and would make an excellent restoration candidate, weekend cruiser, or off-road build. The hard-to-find P38 is becoming more collectible, and this one offers a solid, dry-climate base with a clean Colorado title in hand.
