Your dream camper van project is here! Or spacious work van is ready for duty. The van runs just fine, I drove it to the emissions inspection station last weekend. This conversion van is ready to be transformed to meet your needs. I purchased this van back in 2022 with the intention of converting it to a glamping van but family life got the best of my wife and I and we couldn't find the time to finish the project. We did manage to finish the reno phase, as we purchased it with no rear seating and finished the gut job. So it is very roomy and bare bones interior. The conversion top gives you enough room to stand inside the rear section, while craning you neck slightly down (I'm 5'10" but can walk around inside with my head angled down) and also includes little storage cubbies and a retro tv with sound system. I'm not sure if the sound system works. The van is 26 years old so it is not in perfect condition, some wear and tear on the door controls, window control knobs work but are sunken in, ac blows but is not cold (I did not try recharging the ac), sunken door lock mechanism that still works, side door opens fine but requires two hands to operate etc. The van has a small transmission fluid leak and motor oil leak. Fresh oil change from this past June, hardly any miles driven since purchased. Recently passed the emissions test (8-16-25) but you'll have to get it retested due to new ownership rules, new battery from this year. The van needs new tie rods based on last mechanical inspection but that should be a relatively cheap fix with an honest mechanic. If you need a work van or are interested in a project camper van look no further! It starts up fine on the first try and drives pretty smooth.
