Generally good condition, transmission and transfer case rebuilt less than 1k miles ago, new tires, new brakes. Ford replaced the rear air shocks (normal shocks installed) per 1998 recall, I put new ones on in 2012. Been sitting in my driveway since August 2025, but starts right up and runs fine. It comes with all the manuals for it, even the famous Ford electrical manual and shop manuals.
Transmission was rebuilt during the Covid mess: one sensor that was not available then complains when the transmission gets warmed up, causing harsh shifting into 2nd gear. This sometimes makes the 'Check Engine' light come on, then it goes out after a while. This sensor is right behind the bell housing: I haven't a place to pull the transmission here to change it, and S&A Transmission closed up after Covid, so they couldn't fix up the sensor for me, despite having rebuilt the tranny.
