Selling my 2009 VW Jetta SportWagen (manual, ~161k miles). Salvage title from prior hail damage (cosmetic only, not very noticeable). I bought the car at 99k miles. Runs and drives great. PASSED Colorado emissions certificate in hand included so it’s ready for registration. Emissions completed 10/03/25. Manual transmission.
Completed Repair/Maintenance Work:
• New clutch + used transmission installed (with flush)
• New upper right wheel bearing & axle
• New ignition coils & spark plugs
• New thermostat & MAP sensor
• Regular oil changes every 3–5k miles
Notes:
• The check engine light is on, but likely parts for that code have already been replaced (thermostat & MAP sensor). Per the people at the parts store, it likely just needs a reset at the dealership. Car passes emissions and certificate will be in hand.
• AC currently not working (blows, no cold air)
• Windshield has a long crack at the bottom
• Needs a little gas when starting car on a cold day
This has been a solid daily driver with recent maintenance and repairs. Only selling because I'm switching to an electric car.
